Your Methodology Doesn't Have to Live in Your Head Anymore
I've been running the same client assessment for 20 years.
Same categories. Same criteria. Same scoring structure I built my agency around and still teach today. It's one of the highest-value things I do in an initial engagement. And it takes a while to do well.
Last week I watched an AI agent do it in under ten minutes.
Not a chatbot giving me a rough summary. An actual agent that crawled a website, scored it against my criteria, built a formatted report, and dropped it straight into Slack. The only input was a URL.
I went through the output line by line. The scoring was defensible. The commentary was specific. The recommendations were things I would actually say to a client.
That's the part that stuck with me. This wasn't generic AI output. It was running my methodology. The framework I spent two decades refining.
